Local Fried Rice

Shirokiku Rice (Calrose Rice)
Portuguese Sausage
Soy Sauce
Green onion (Chopped)
Salt
Pepper
Oil (veg.), you can substitute butter
1 egg

Grease Pan, saute meat, add cooked rice. Mix and add soy sauce (mix again). Make a hole in the rice and add an egg (mix again). Salt and pepper for taste. Add green onions and mix. Serve. I got this recipe from a local down in California, when we lived there, it's soo yummy.

Ham Fried Rice

2 fried eggs cooked with oil
green onions (to taste)
peas and carrots (frozen bag)
ham (use cubed ham)

Cook all of the above until soft. Add cooked rice and soy sauce to taste. I usually do a couple of servings of rice.
