Broccoli Cheese soup

2 qts of water
6 chicken boullion cubes
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
1 c. diced carrots
3/4 c. margarine or butter
3/4 c. flour
1 (8oz.) jar of Cheese Whiz
1 small onion, chopped

Bring water and bullion cubes to a boil. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Mix butter and flour; add to cooked vegetables and broth. Add Cheese Whiz. Mix well and serve. This recipe is from Connie.
Sometimes I will add ham if I have any on hand.
