1 onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 medium zuccinni
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 pound of sausage (cabasa sausage)
1/2 cup water
8 red potatoes, cut in chunks and cooked (do not over cook, it will taste soggy)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried chives
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mottserella cheese
Brown sausage in water. Add onion, tomatoes, zuccinni, seasoning and potatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
