4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix above ingredients together, then add:
4 cups of quick oats
1 cup flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
Whisk dry ingredients and add wet ingredients and mix together. This recipe is from Brooke's Mom.
