Smothered Pinto Bean, Cheese and Rice Burritos

1 can pinto beans (or black beans)
1 can enchilada sauce
2 c. white rice, cooked
Shredded cheese
6 tortilla shells

Preheat oven to 215 degrees. Wrap all 6 tortillas flat in foil and put into the oven to warm up. Cook rice (instant is fastest for this fast meal. Heat beans in a small sauce pan. Heat enchilada sauce in a sauce pan. Shred Cheese. Fill tortillas with beans, rice, enchilada sauce and cheese; fold and top with more cheese and enchilada sauce and serve.
