Butter Cream Frosting.

Great for sugar cookies!

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter @ room temp.
4 cups sifted white powder sugar
2-3 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter then add your vanilla. Gradually add sugar one cup at a time beating on medium. Add milk when it looks dry. Beat until light and fluffy.

I got this off of the today show one morning and frosted our valentine sugar cookies with it.
