Peach Jell-o Salad

2 (3 oz.) package of peach jell-o
1/2 cup peach slices (cut peaches up into small bits)
1/2 cup peach juice
1 cup cream
1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

First Layer:
Dissolve peach jell-o into one cup of boiling water. Pour into a smaller casserole pan. Mix in peach bits and let set until firm.

Second Layer:
Dissolve second peach jell-o mix with one cup of boiling water.
With a hand mixer beat the cream until it looks like whipping cream.
Mix 1 package of cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with the electric beater.
Mix dissolved peach jell-o with cream cheese mixture.
Then fold in whipped cream with a wooden spoon. Top the second layer onto the first layer.
